We use a five point measuring system to calculate the exact body dimensions of your chair.
All of our chairs are hand built using the best quality materials to ensure your purchase will last.
The frames are hand crafted in Australia using solid timber. All structural support rails are Australian hard wood and glued and screwed at the joints.
Our dual and Tri-zone cushioning systems enable us to alter the amount of padding in the back rest, so to conform to your body shape.
By regulating the cushioning system we can find the perfect level of comfort for you to relax.
We use a sinuous spring system which give the perfect degree of support, and we only use the best quality seat foam available, offering a lifetime guarantee.

We have a highly skilled team who have developed their skills throughout the years.
All of our staff are qualified and time served crafts people with a sound knowledge and understanding of the upholstery trade.

All components are sourced from Australian suppliers and each piece is manufactured in Adelaide, South Australia.
Frames
The frames are of solid timber construction, with the main structural support rails made from Australian hardwood. All main structural rails are glued and screwed into position for added strength.
All of our frames carry a 10 year warranty.
Foams
All of our foams are come from the largest foam supplier in Australia. They have developed the finest seating cushion on the market, and this is the only seat foam we use.
The foam carries a manufacturers lifetime guarantee so you can be sure your seat will not collapse.
Mechanism
The recliner mechanisms are sourced from the largest global supplier and are imported by the largest Upholstery component supplier in Australia.
All manual mechanisms come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 3 years.
All electric actions carry a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty.
Electric motors carry a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.
Fabrics
All fabrics carry the manufacturer’s warranty. As there are many different variable to the expected lifespan of any fabric, then close attention must be given to the care labels supplied with your piece.

Repairs and Re-Upholstery
Repairs
As a part of our service we offer a repairs and re-upholstery option.
If your chair developes a problem which isn't covered under warranty then give us a call and we will give you a quote for the repairs.
We know how attached people become to their chair, which is why we can generally complete repairs without removing it from your home.
Re-Upholstery
At Top Quality Upholstery we offer a re-upholstery service. We give the same level of care and attention to our re-upholstery work as we do our custom built recliners. We can reupholster your old lounge suite to match your new tailor made recling chairs.
